We aim to make every visitor’s trip memorable and enjoyable. We offer:

Were an outdoor attraction, so bear that in mind when preparing for your day. Bring your wellies and waterproofs if it’s wet and sunglasses and sun cream if it’s sunny. In fact, best pack both – it is Scotland after all!

Pathways are accessible to wheelchairs and pushchairs and the zoo is relatively flat, so perfect for little legs.

Assistance dogs are welcome, except in animal walk-through areas. Please make a member of staff in the ticket kiosk or gift shop aware on your arrival that there will be an assistance dog onsite so they can explain any restrictions to you and inform the animal team.
